Why Did I Choose Ambit Energy In The First Place?

What Made Me Look At This Oppor­tu­nity Over All Of The Other Ones On The Net?

Sim­ply put…I always kept my eye open for a needed con­sum­able ser­vice so that I could build long term resid­ual income. Ambit Energy seemed to fit that cat­e­gory nicely.

 

I have been involved with the net­work mar­ket­ing indus­try for the past 10 years.  Seven of those years I had both major and minor suc­cesses. Suc­cess for me was just sup­ple­ment­ing my income from a few extra hun­dred to a few thou­sand dol­lars per month. Although the Real Estate Indus­try was my main source of income when I had major suc­cesses in net­work mar­ket­ing it was only because I hus­tled ten times harder than the next guy.  Talk­ing to any­one who could breathe and fog up a mir­ror, end­less hotel meet­ings, in-home parties-3/way calls, clas­si­fied ads as well as  putting out a min­i­mum of 1000 fliers was just an aver­age day. I still have peo­ple call from fliers I put out 3 years ago.  You know they say some peo­ple will do more for recog­ni­tion than they will actu­ally do for money.  I was with a very aggres­sive team and truly sought after that recog­ni­tion at the expense of becom­ing a burnt out sales per­son that could not dupli­cate.  I’d build an orga­ni­za­tion and it would rise fast and then steadily shrink. The roller coaster ride was too much for me. So I decided to slow down so I could speed up by learn­ing how to lever­age the power of net to bring me the suc­cess I felt I deserved.  I was through with off-line mar­ket­ing for good. How­ever, I received an email from another Real­tor named Yas­sar Ayub who I didn’t know ini­tially but gave me a fol­low up call to see If I watched the eight minute pre­sen­ta­tion he emailed me.

Turn­ing Point

 

Prior to watch­ing that video I swore the next time I attend a hotel meet­ing for a net­work mar­ket­ing com­pany I was sure that Hell would have to freeze over first.  Sev­eral key points of that video pre­sen­ta­tion did catch my atten­tion: 1. This com­pany was offer­ing a ser­vice that peo­ple couldn’t live with­out. 2.They could offer that ser­vice with a writ­ten guar­an­tee for less than their major com­peti­tor.  3. It was a ground floor oppor­tu­nity that was just launch­ing in my state. 4. I had access to and actu­ally had din­ner with the own­ers. Once I broke bread with these extremely suc­cess­ful men who were so down to earth and pro­ceeded to lay out their vision which included gen­uine care for the rep in the field I was toast. I also met and befriended one of my favorite off-line net­work mar­ket­ing Gurus of all time pub­lished Author Mr. Steve Thomp­son.  His sup­port as an up-line leader is unpar­ralled as the thou­sands of peo­ple he has helped will attest.. He is not only a top earner in net­work mar­ket­ing but also I think the hard­est work­ing con­sul­tants in Ambit Energy earn­ing over 100k per month.  I was still a kind of laid back guy when we met and he encour­aged me to come out my shell and host meet­ings which was new to me but I became good at it….thanks to him. With other uplines like Brian McClure, Philip Eck­hart, and Justin Title and Kushi Mohamed I was in really good hands.

Need­less to say I got very excited jumped in with both feet and did have some suc­cess.  How­ever, I soon real­ized that although I was in a good oppor­tu­nity at the right time with a very sup­port­ive up-line most peo­ple lacked the time or the will to do what I was will­ing to do.  I was  once again fish­ing in the wrong pond using out-dated mar­ket­ing meth­ods. So I decided to take some time off and develop the inter­net skills needed to lever­age time and money on adver­tis­ing cost which is what this site is all about.  There is no doubt that there are two things that every home busi­ness or direct sales busi­ness owner needs to stay in busi­ness: 1. More leads of qual­i­fied prospects to expose their ser­vice prod­ucts, or oppor­tu­nity to. 2. More cash flow to sus­tain and expand their business.
